You will be accountable for: Ensuring the delivery, security and storage of guest luggage and belongings Delivering all guest requests in line with our service standards while taking every opportunity for personalisation Working closely alongside the Front of House team to assist with a wide variety of guest requests Always putting our guests first Your key responsibilities & contribution will be: To provide a seamless luggage service while assisting with the arrival/departure experience.
