• Prepare daily VIP list and coordinate VIP room allocations
• Deliver warm welcomes and assist guests with luggage and room moves
• Handle guest requests related to concierge and guest relations, in person and via email
• Maintain smooth traffic flow and support security/emergency protocols at hotel entrance
• Direct deliveries and coordinate with relevant departments
• Liaise with Front Office for accurate transport arrangements
• Support check-in/check-out operations during peak periods
• Offer expert local recommendations to enhance guest experiences
• Ensure front-of-hotel presentation, signage, and flags are well-maintained
• Maintain professional, approachable, and guest-first behavior at all times
