CONTRACT: PERMANENTSALARY: UP TO £16.50/HOUR

Nestled in the heart of London’s West End you’ll find The Palomar. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Waiter to join our Front of House team.
Our small space is bursting with the vibrant colours, flavours, sounds and aromas of the rich cultures of Southern Spain and Italy, North Africa and the Levant. Whether in the midst of the action sat up at our kitchen counter, back in the elegant dining room or spilling out onto our street terrace, the atmosphere here remains at the forefront of our city’s dining scene.

You’ll be:

• A confident and vibrant personality who thrives in the buzz of service. The Palomar is fast-paced, high-energy and fun! Previous experience running a section in a similar restaurant environment will set you up for success with us.
• Passionate about detailed hospitality. We are all about fantastic guest experience – we approach set-up, service and clean-down with the highest standards, helping each other along the way.
• Curious and eager to learn all there is to know about the cuisine of the Levant, Southern Europe and North Africa. We will help you develop your food, cocktail and wine knowledge with a dynamic and ongoing training programme.
