Are you passionate about great coffee as well as quality craft beer, wines and cocktails? Brew Garden is looking for a supervisor to join our exciting team of hospitality professionals in our Staple Inn branch, Holborn.
Uniquely set up to cater to an all-day market, we specialise in Italian coffee, serving award winning espresso and espresso-based drinks during the day. In the evening we become a vibrant bar, serving craft beer, crafted cocktails and excellent wines. We love to work with passionate people and share this with our team, providing in-house training across all aspects of our trade to all our team members, both in product knowledge and deliverance.

As a supervisor for Brew Garden you will be expected to;

• Provide a lead to the team during service, working closely alongside the Management, ensuring our customers are served promptly whilst maintaining Brew Garden standards.
• Assist the management in maintaining stock levels throughout the week, including helping with orders when required.
• Be responsible for opening and closing the store to the standards set by the Management.
• Provide training and support to your colleagues and team members.
