As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Fire Door Inspector to join our team and support our Health and Safety Manager with site inspections and compliance activities. Salary is negotiable (Based on Experience and Qualifications)

REQUIREMENTS

• · Fire door inspection qualification (preferred but not essential)
  · Training will be funded for the right candidate
  · Full UK driving licence (essential)
  · Excellent customer service and communication skills
  · Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  · Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  · Experience in property management or compliance (desirable)

• Conduct fire door inspections across residential and commercial properties
  · Assist the Health and Safety Manager during scheduled site inspections
  Admin
  · Coordinate and schedule inspection visits efficiently
  · Communicate clearly with leaseholders, directors, and contractors
  · Follow up on remedial works and ensure timely completion
  · Maintain accurate records and reports for compliance purposes
  · Drive to various sites using company-provided vehicles
