Key Responsibilities Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and manage the full recruitment cycle. Support talent management, including career development and succession planning. Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives that enhance company culture and employee capability. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum 1 years of relevant HR experience.
