Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about company products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward effective solutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved.
• Process customer requests, orders, bookings, or service-related inquiries when required.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the company system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and other internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach during all customer interactions.
• Meet assigned customer service, response-time, and quality standards.
• Protect customer information and follow company policies and procedures.

RequirementsRequirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage.
• Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or related experience is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Additional languages are an advantage, particularly Arabic.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and customer management systems.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customers.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
