ABOUT US

We are a newly established law practice based in London, working in close collaboration with our sister company, a well-established Chinese accountancy firm. Together, we provide one-stop professional services in law and accountancy for Chinese businesses and the wider Chinese community in the UK.
Please note: we are not an SRA-regulated firm, and we do not undertake reserved legal activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Must hold a valid practising certificate as a Solicitor of England and Wales (applications without this will not be considered)
• Experience in commercial law, corporate matters, and wills/estate planning
• Proven ability to manage cases independently
• Native-level Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Business development and sales skills; confident using Chinese social media platforms (e.g. Xiaohongshu, WeChat)

• Provide legal consultancy services to existing clients of our sister accountancy firm as well as to new clients, including:
• Commercial and corporate matters;
• Wills, estate planning, and general private client advice;

• Business development and client relationship management
• Supporting the initial set-up of the practice, including office establishment and drafting internal policies/procedures
• Team building, including supervising, guiding, and managing junior team members
