The Role: We are currently recruiting for Skills & Workforce Transformation specialists at our Consultant and Senior Consultant grades in our People and Change Capability. We are looking for experience in one or more of the following: Designing and delivering strategic workforce plans utilising workforce analytics to forecast workforce needs and identify skills gaps Designing and delivering talent management strategies to support workforce development such as career frameworks Experience working within an evolving HR technology landscape to deliver strategic workforce change and/or an enhanced HR service Working in an in-house HR role, facilitating and leading transformation Transforming HR structures and building capability within HR functions. Up to date knowledge of best practice HR policy and practice. Experience of organisational restructuring, TUPE, M&A, consultation would be helpful but not essential Professional training or accreditation would be helpful, but not essential, given the focus on developing our people at PA. Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.
