The shift pattern for this position is Mon-Fri 9-5.
Occupational Therapy Team Lead, Band 7 (37 hour per week), permanent We are looking for a creative, innovative and experienced Occupational Therapist who has the leadership qualities and confidence to take up this unique and exciting development opportunity. The team lead will be responsible for the leadership of a team of highly skilled occupational therapy staff.
Initial priorities include the development of a new model of service delivery to primary care mental health specialities, engagement with Nurse Team Leads and other management colleagues and the development of an innovative occupational therapy community service. The team lead must demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, previous experience and involvement service development and improvement and an interest in the leadership of an innovative service.
