Full-time, part-time or flexible Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in the UK The role This is a senior role within the Raspberry Pi Foundation’s People and Culture (P&C) team which consists of a team of 6 colleagues at different levels, working closely with the Director of People and Culture and colleagues across the team to deliver a high quality, organisation wide global people service. You will work with managers across the Foundation providing expert guidance on complex people matters and helping to deliver key organisational priorities. You will also contribute to the development of our reward and recognition practices, helping to ensure they are equitable, transparent, and aligned with our values. Alongside this, you will play a key role in ensuring that our people's policies, processes, and systems are effective, compliant, and support a positive employee experience. You will use data and insight to inform decision making, support organisational design and change initiatives, and work collaboratively across the Foundation to strengthen our people practices and culture. Responsibilities Act as a People and Culture partner across all Foundation entities, working closely with the Director of People and Culture to deliver strategic people priorities and organisational objectives. Deputise for the Director of People and Culture as required, providing management and guidance across the People and Culture function. Build trusted relationships with leaders and managers, providing expert advice and coaching on people matters, organisational effectiveness, and team performance. Shape and support the Foundation’s employee relations approach, including policy development, providing guidance on complex and sensitive people issues and leading employee relations cases when required, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes. Manage the relationship with external employment legal advisors Coach and support managers to build confidence and capability in managing people, performance, wellbeing, and development matters. Support reward activity across all entities, including pay benchmarking, salary review processes, and the development of equitable and transparent reward practices. Support organisational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives that enable the Foundation to achieve its strategic goals..
