They drive exciting product launches and strategic promotions to maximise sales and brand visibility.  As the eCommerce Business Manager for Brands, you will take the lead as the key contact within the NEXT eCommerce department, acting as the vital link between our product teams and the digital marketplace. Implement data backed tactics to increase conversion rates and strategically stretch Average Order Value (AOV). * Data Driven Trading:  * Analyse the end to end sales funnel to identify friction points. Translate digital insights into actionable trading initiatives that improve commercial yield and operational efficiency. * Search & Navigation Optimisation:  * Oversee the optimisation of search terms, redirects, and synonyms to optimise discoverability, and enhance attribution to drive high-intent traffic to Product Detail Pages. * Strategic Stakeholder Management:  * Deepen partnerships with internal Product Teams to understand key product moments to amplify across marketing. Confidently present performance metrics and profit-focused priorities to Senior Management. * Trend & Innovation Leadership:  * Ensure the digital storefront reflects macro fashion trends and seasonal shifts.
