ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Software Developer to join our core engineering team in the Greater Vancouver Area. This is an on-site position focused on designing and developing the core infrastructure powering our AI voice assistant platform.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems that power real-time voice interactions.
• Implement APIs and workflows that integrate with scheduling platforms, CRMs, and telephony systems.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers, product managers, and voice UX designers to bring voice experiences to life.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Implement security and compliance measures (HIPAA, PIPEDA) for handling sensitive patient data.
• Collaborate with a fast-moving startup team to build and launch new features rapidly.
• Stay up to date on industry standards and emerging technologies in healthcare software.
