Administering and coordinating all in-house and external learning and development opportunities for Team Leaders and Team Members. Administer and advise on interpretation of the Collective Agreement. Leading the Co-ops labour relations function. Leading recruitment and selection. Administering and coordinating employee retention programs. You will be responsible for maintaining payroll and benefit administration for all employees. You will engage with all department managers to respond to inquiries and provide support and recommendations regarding issues related to payroll and benefits. Investigating and analyzing incidents, hazard identifications, policies, procedures, and manuals as it relates to health and safety.
