Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction. Generate customer logins and perform remote training on support web portal. Following up with team to ensure resolution. Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale. Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
