Coordinates all aspects of client health, including primary care appointments, immunizations, medication administration, and ongoing medical needs. Ensures compliance with California Community Care Licensing (Title 22), Department of Health, and County Public Health Department requirements. Oversees medical documentation, monitors health outcomes, and provides guidance to staff on medical protocols to maintain a high standard of care. Ensure a safe, trauma-informed, and nurturing environment for clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
