About the Role NYPKC is looking for a creative, social-first Brand & Content Manager to help define how modern NYC families experience our brand. This role will lead content creation, organic social media, storytelling, community presence, and brand engagement across all NYPKC locations. We’re looking for someone who understands NYC family culture, aesthetics, trends, and how to create content that feels authentic, emotionally resonant, and highly shareable. The ideal candidate is equal parts creator, strategist, and operator — someone who loves being inside schools, capturing real moments, building relationships with families, and translating everyday experiences into compelling content and community connection. While this role will oversee day-to-day marketing operations including agency coordination, vendor management, and partnership with Enrollment on paid media and lead generation, the heart of the role is storytelling, organic growth, and brand connection. How This Role Fits Into the Organization The Brand & Content Manager reports directly to the Sr. Director of Brand, Culture & Community and works closely with the CEO to help shape how NYPKC shows up in the NYC parenting market. You will partner closely with Enrollment, school leaders, Operations, and external creative partners to ensure our brand feels consistent, modern, trusted, and deeply connected to families across every touchpoint. This role is highly visible and highly collaborative. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys being in the community, and gets excited about building a brand families genuinely want to engage with and talk about.
