Job Description Job Summary: The HR and Admin Associate is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions of which include recruitment and placement, employee relation, records management and administrative task Recruitment and placement of operations and field-based employees Process and monitor all recruitment requests or requirements for office based employees in an effective, efficient and timely manner Prepare and ensure accurate employment contracts Maintain up-to-date recruitment report, talent database and all related staffing communications Record management Maintain up-to-date files such as but not limited to 201 files, training manuals and modules, vehicles and insurances Employee relations – Engagement Assist on company-wide programs and activities to promote teamwork and camaraderie such as monthly town hall, team building, sports fest, year-end party and other special events (i.e. Valentine’s day, fathers’ day, mothers’ day, etc.) Administrative tasks Ensure that employees are provided with office uniforms, ID, etc. Coordinate repair and maintenance to suppliers/contractors and building administrators Monitor and maintain monthly supply, allocation and distribution of office supplies, medicines and company equipment Handles telecommunication, office administration and machine/equipment concerns and water supply Monitors company fixed assets and documentation of assignments Maintain and monitor contract renewals such as vehicle registrations and insurance of the company (if any) Qualifications Qualifications: *Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field *Has completed at least 600 hrs. of HR internship or has 6 months of HR-related work experience *Willing to be assigned onsite, with flexibility to travel to Warehouse if needed *Can start immediately *Familiar with or experienced in recruitment, timekeeping, employee records management, and supporting daily HR operations *Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) *Able to handle confidential information with integrity Additional Information Other details: *Monday-Thursday, 8 am-6:00 pm, and Friday, 8 am-5 pm
