Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off), progress between day and night shifts every 4 months, and adapt to different shifts and overtime as needed to support business operations. 2 years of experience performing preventative maintenance and repair on manufacturing equipment, ensuring minimal downtime, and maintaining industrial equipment, automation. 2 years of experience in using mechanical, electronic, and PC/software skills to fix and resolve manufacturing equipment issues. 2 years' experience maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation, and/or technical military experience.
