As a Ken fix Technician, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repairs our facility. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our industrial processes and maintaining high productivity standards. Obtain out of order Room list from the Assistant CE and Engineering Coordinator and do the required repairs and maintenance per maintenance schedule. Check all the rooms as per PMP schedule, regarding Carpentry, Electricity, plumbing, painting, polishing, and A/C. In case of any major repair in the rooms, it must be reported to the Asst. Chief Engineer. In the guest rooms, the policy and procedures must always be strictly applied. Do any other work that is assigned to you by the Asst. Chief Engineer or Engineering shift. The toolbox should always be ready and missing tools is your responsibility. To relieve any technician during his absence (Electrician, Plumber, Gen. Mechanic, A/C Technician, Welder, Painter, Polisher, Carpenter) according to the operation requirements and as per the Assistant Chief Engineer instructions.
