As an IDQ Tech Lead you will be responsible for driving the implementation and optimization of Informatica Cloud solutions while leveraging your strong domain expertise in industry. This position requires a proactive leader who can ensure seamless data integration across platforms, champion data quality initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that significantly contribute to the company’s success. In this role, you will: • Lead the design and implementation of data quality solutions using Informatica Data Engineering and Quality tools to enhance data integrity and reliability. • Oversee the integration of Informatica Cloud Data Quality and Address Verification to ensure accurate and consistent data across systems. • Provide expertise in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) to identify and resolve data quality issues improving overall data governance. • Implement Infa Cloud Data Integration and Profiling to streamline data processes and support business intelligence initiatives. • Utilize Informatica Analyst and Address Doctor to perform data analysis and address validation ensuring data accuracy. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. • Develop and maintain data quality metrics and dashboards to monitor data health and drive continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards promoting a culture of data stewardship. • Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. • Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to empower team members with data quality best practices. • Drive innovation by exploring new data quality tools and technologies to enhance our data management capabilities. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data quality objectives and align them with organizational goals.
