Description Axiom Care is a fast-paced, rapidly growing substance abuse treatment and sober living housing provider that is looking for some new talent to help us be the best provider of behavioral health services. We primarily serve low-income and justice-involved persons and work with all justice systems including Adult Probation and the Department of Corrections. Clinicians complete assessments, collaborate with their clients to create individualized treatment plans, provide individual counseling, and group therapy sessions to assist clients with recovering from substance abuse disorders. clinicians work closely with other treatment team members including BHTs, Peer Support Specialists, and clinical administration to provide high quality services to the patient population. Clinicians will complete documentation in the EMR and work with the billing department for all necessary utilization review. Applicants must possess at least one of the following licenses in Arizona: LPC, LISAC, LCSW, or LMFT. Duties/Responsibilities Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs and progress. Develop, implement, and review personalized treatment plans for assigned caseload. Actively participate as a positive member of an interdisciplinary treatment team. Responsible for providing group and individual treatment as directed by supervisor. Complete accurate clinical documentation same day as date of service. Maintain good standing with the appropriate board and insurance entities. Stay current with updated research and best practices.
