Für das IT Team am Hauptsitz Frankfurt am Main suchen wir eine erfahrene IT Administrator:in, die direkt mit der IT Leitung und zwei erfahrenen Kolleg:innen zusammenarbeitet.   • Deine AufgabenMicrosoft Intune & Windows Autopilot: Geräte Lifecycle, Compliance und Konfigurationsrichtlinien, App Deployment, Zero Touch Provisionierung
  • Apple Device Management: Administration und Support der iOS und macOS Geräte (Enrollment, Konfigurationsprofile, App Bereitstellung)
  • Microsoft 365 & hybrides Active Directory: Benutzer, Gruppen und Lizenzverwaltung in einer hybriden Umgebung (Entra ID + on prem AD mit Entra Connect)
  • Exchange Online: Administration und Support der Mailumgebung (Postfächer, Verteiler, Shared Mailboxes, Mail Flow, Anti Spam / Anti Phishing Policies)
  • Microsoft Teams Telefonie: Administration und Anwender Support der Teams Telefonielösung
  • Sophos Central / Endpoint Protection: Administration und Support der Endpoint Security Plattform (Policies, Threat Response, Exclusions, Reporting)
  • Fachapplikationen: Administration und Support der Kanzleisoftware STP (Migration auf iManage/KMS in Planung) sowie der Keytalk Zertifikatsverwaltung
  • PowerShell Automatisierung: Skripting für Reporting, Provisionierung und wiederkehrende Aufgaben, inklusive Graph API
  • Windows 11 Desktopadministration auf fortgeschrittenem Niveau: Image Management, Group Policies, Troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting (First und Second Level) für Anwender:innen an allen fünf Standorten
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister und professionelle Kommunikation mit Supportpartnern
  • Technische Unterstützung bei Kanzleiveranstaltungen mit souveränem und gepflegtem Auftreten
  • Interesse und fortgeschrittenes Wissen im Umgang mit KI Anwendungen (Anthropic, OpenAI, Perplexity)


  • Dein ProfilFundierte Erfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune und hybriden AD Umgebungen
  • Erfahrung im Apple Device Management (iOS/macOS) von Vorteil
  • PowerShell ist für dich kein Buch mit sieben Siegeln, du nutzt es zur Automatisierung deines Alltags
  • Solide Netzwerkkenntnisse für das tägliche Troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, Firewall Grundlagen)
  • Routinierter Umgang mit modernen Arbeitstools wie Jira, Confluence sowie KI Assistenten (Claude) zur Effizienzsteigerung im Alltag
