As a Department Manager, you will lead your department team to provide exceptional customer service to every JD customer. You will work closely with the store’s Management Team and be responsible for creating great in-store experiences, maintaining the merchandising & visual standards and delivering the financial results for your department. You will lead by example setting the standard for how to achieve sales and key performance metrics, by coaching and developing your department team.
