THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in the stores success, ensuring the shop floor is fully equipped and customer ready! Your day to day will focus on managing the back of house logistics and driving operational efficiency, from replenishment and deliveries to stock handling and inventory management. You will also play an active part on the shop floor, ensuring the Ultimate Customer Experience is delivered every time. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors’ values; CARE, COACH, ENERGY, ACCOUNTABILITY and INNOVATE.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a back-of-house role or similar within a retail environment
• Experience in a store leadership or key holder role, supporting and motivating a team to achieve results, preferred
• Proven ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results driven mindset
• Commitment and a team focused approach to delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience
• Genuine CARE, for your team, your customers, and the overall success of the business
• High ENERGY and a can do attitude that motivates those around you and drives a positive store culture
• Ownership and ACCOUNTABILITY across store operations, ensuring smooth and successful day to day performance
