Ce poste exige une grande flexibilité, car la personne peut être appelée à travailler de jour, de soir ou les fins de semaine, selon le calendrier des matchs, la saison et les conditions météorologiques. Principales responsabilités Superviser l’ensemble des activités liées à l’entretien des terrains sportifs et des espaces verts du CF Montréal. Garantir des installations de qualité supérieure pour les athlètes et les utilisateurs, en optimisant continuellement les pratiques d’entretien tout au long de la saison. Planifier, organiser et coordonner les travaux d’entretien et d’amélioration des terrains sportifs ainsi que de l’aménagement paysager. Assurer la conformité des terrains aux normes et certifications les plus rigoureuses de la Major League Soccer, de la CONCACAF et de la FIFA. Gérer l’ouverture et la fermeture saisonnières des terrains en appliquant les produits et engrais appropriés, au bon moment.
