Cette personne jouera un rôle essentiel dans la coordination des opérations quotidiennes, en assurant une planification efficace et un suivi rigoureux des activités. Ce dont vous êtes responsable : Planifier et organiser les routes des chauffeurs de façon optimale pour assurer une utilisation maximale de la flotte de camions; Assigner les routes aux chauffeurs (logiciel maison); Répondre aux appels des clients internes de façon efficace, courtoise et professionnelle; Entrer les informations dans le système informatique afin de documenter les appels et faire les suivis appropriés; Être la personne ressource des chauffeurs au courant de leurs heures de travail et résoudre les problèmes, s’il y a lieu.
