Own supplier governance and comprehensive oversight, inclusive of the supplier issue management /escalation process across the clinical operations functions. Develop and execute strategic sourcing models for suppliers in specific clinical operations categories (CRO, IxRS, eCOA, etc). Establish comprehensive financial oversight with Global Procurement to optimize spend and deliver cost efficiencies, including advanced service provider budget benchmarking and change order oversight. Lead and facilitate governance meetings and health checks with service providers to review performance and quality indicators, fostering robust, productive global partnerships. Collaborate with complex and broad stakeholders across the organization (including Clinical Science, Data Science, Safety, Regulatory, Clinical Operation functions and more) to proactively address business needs (cost, speed, quality) in management of various service providers.
