Do you want to be part of one of Europe’s fastest-growing climate tech startups? We are looking for a Marketing Working Student with a strong growth mindset to tackle the day-to-day challenges of building and growing a business.
In this unique role, you’ll support Cozero’s marketing team with campaign execution, content management, and internal coordination to help scale our lead generation and brand visibility efforts.

Important requirement: For this role you need to be based in Berlin or nearby.

WHAT WILL THE ROLE INVOLVE?

This is a true hands-on support role, focused on keeping our marketing systems, content, and campaigns well-organized and up to date. You will:

• Assist with content scheduling on LinkedIn and in HubSpot.
• Help maintain and update our content library and internal documentation.
• Support our website and CMS updates (Webflow).
• Help track lead generation efforts and keep contact records clean and structured in HubSpot.
• Assist with event coordination, logistics, and related communication materials.
• Contribute to the development and QA of landing pages, forms, and assets.

WE THINK YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF:

• Are structured and reliable — you follow through on recurring tasks and stay organized across multiple to-dos.
• Are a fast learner and can quickly become comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace, and CMS systems.
• Have strong written communication and feel confident drafting or refining short texts like emails or social posts.
• Enjoy working with others and can collaborate across teams (Product, Sales, Marketing).
• Have attention to detail, whether it’s tagging contacts correctly or catching form typos before a launch.
