DEINE AUFGABEN

Als Teil unseres Vertriebsteams übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle in der Auftragsabwicklung und Kundenbetreuung.
-

Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen: Prüfung eingehender Aufträge auf Vollständigkeit, Erfassung im System sowie Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen.

  • Koordination zur termingerechten Umsetzung: Sicherstellung einer fristgerechten Bearbeitung.
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Bestands- und Neukunden: Erstberatung und Klärung von Rückfragen.
  • Durchführung von Erstgesprächen zur Bedarfsanalyse: Analyse individueller Kundenbedürfnisse, Erfassung spezifischer Anforderungen und erste Lösungsansätze ansetzen.
  • Teilnahme an Kundenbesuchen nach Bedarf: Unterstützung bei Kundenterminen.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten: Erstellung und Prüfung technischer Anforderungen, Koordination mit internen Teams zur Umsetzung und Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Dokumentation und Nachbereitung: Festhalten aller relevanten Informationen zu Projekten, laufende Berichterstattung und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse.
  • Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen: Regelmäßige Kontaktpflege und Analyse von Kundenanforderungen.
  • Organisation gezielter Kundenbindungsmaßnahmen: Planung und Durchführung von Kundenveranstaltungen zur Stärkung der Geschäftsbeziehung.
