Du bist auf der Suche nach einem spannenden und abwechslungsreichen Praktikum in einer internationalen Abteilung und hast Interesse daran das internationale Direktgeschäft kennenzulernen? Du bringst Begeisterung für den PKW Vertrieb im internationalen Kontext und den direkten Kundenkontakt mit? Dann bist Du bei uns richtig.
Im Rahmen Deines Praktikums wirst Du im Team International Diplomatic Sales tätig sein und bekommst hierdurch Einblicke in den weltweiten Direktverkauf von Mercedes-Benz PKWs an internationale Organisationen, Regierungen, Botschaften und Diplomaten. Das Team ist Teil der Abteilung International Corporate, Direct & GUARD Sales innerhalb von Marketing & Sales (MS/SM).
Unser Ziel ist es, vor dem Hintergrund der aktuellen Mercedes-Benz Strategie unseren verschiedenen Zielgruppen ein möglichst attraktives Gesamtpaket anbieten zu können und zeitgleich zum profitablen Wachstum von Mercedes-Benz PKW beizutragen. Dies geschieht in Zusammenarbeit mit zahlreichen Schnittstellen wie bspw. Controlling, Regionen/Märkte, Legal, Compliance und External Affairs. Wir sind damit eine der wenigen zentralseitigen Funktionen, die mit Endkunden direkt in Kontakt stehen und gleichzeitig umfassend interne Schnittstellen bedienen.

Folgende Herausforderungen erwarten Dich:

  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Qualifizierung von Neukundenanfragen im Pre-Sales Prozess sowie die Angebotserstellung für Diplomaten, Botschaften und internationale Organisationen in englischsprachiger Korrespondenz
  • Unterstützung der Key Account Manager bei der Angebots- und Vertragserstellung für Regierungskunden unter Berücksichtigung der Fahrzeugverfügbarkeit in den internationalen Zielländern in Abstimmung mit den lokalen Mercedes-Benz Vertriebsgesellschaften
  • Tracking der Entwicklung von Vertriebskennzahlen, wie bspw. Neukundenanfragen, bestätigte Kundenbestellungen, Kundenauslieferungen, etc. sowie die Präsentation der Kennzahlen im Rahmen wöchentlicher Teammeetings
  • Assistenz der Key Account Manager bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Delegationsbesuchen sowie Unterstützung bei der Planung und Koordination eines internationalen Vertriebsevents in Berlin
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung des CRM-Systems Salesforce sowie Mitarbeit im First-Level Support

Das Pflicht-Praktikum kann ab Dezember 2025 beginnen.

Qualifikationen

  • Studiengang im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, International Business, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, oder Vergleichbares
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote und Outlook)
  • Salesforce-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie Kundenorientierung
  • Flexibilität
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Ebenso wichtig ist uns ein großes Interesse an der digitalen Transformation sowie an der Automobilindustrie
