Als Global Salesforce Business Analyst & Admin liegt Ihr Hauptaugenmerk auf der Verbesserung und Unterstützung von Kundenservice und Vertrieb durch die Plattformen Salesforce Service Cloud und Sales/Life Science Cloud. Sie treiben regionale CRM-Initiativen und die Optimierung von Serviceprozessen innerhalb des globalen Ökosystems von Fresenius Kabi voran. Dabei arbeiten Sie mit Stakeholdern aus den Bereichen Vertrieb, Service, IT, Commercial Excellence und Digital Transformation zusammen.
In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie die Endanwender bei der Einführung und Effektivität der Service Cloud und der Sales/Life Science Cloud. Die Erstellung und Pflege von zielgerichtetem Schulungsmaterial und die Durchführung von serviceorientierten Schulungen sind unerlässlich, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Beteiligten die vorhandenen Tools und Prozesse effizient nutzen können.
Neben der täglichen operativen Unterstützung tragen Sie zur globalen OneCRM-Initiative bei, wobei Sie sich insbesondere auf die Harmonisierung von Kundendienst- und Vertriebsprozessen konzentrieren. Sie unterstützen das Design, die Konfiguration und den Rollout von OneCRM-Funktionen im Zusammenhang mit der Service Cloud und der Sales/Life Science Cloud. Ihre Beiträge werden entscheidend dazu beitragen, eine konsistente, hochleistungsfähige Serviceerfahrung in allen Regionen und Geschäftsbereichen zu schaffen.
Ihre Aufgaben

Unterstützung des PULSE-Programms (OneCRM):

  • Sie unterstützen die OneCRM-Transformation bei Fresenius Kabi und bauen ein neues kommerzielles Ökosystem von Grund auf auf:
  • Mitwirkung bei der Definition des erweiterten Customer Engagement Ecosystems innerhalb der Sales & Service Streams
  • Vorbereitung von Workshops mit den Ländern, um die Lokalisierungsphase einzuleiten
  • Definition von harmonisierten Geschäftsprozessen über Regionen und Geschäftsbereiche hinweg mit Fokus auf Sales Cloud, Life Science Cloud und Service Cloud
  • Verfassen von Features & User Stories mit potentiellem Lösungsdesign mit Schwerpunkt auf Life Science Cloud und Service Cloud
  • Konfiguration der OneCRM-Instanzen mit Fokus auf Life Science Cloud und Service Cloud
  • Unterstützung von Schulungen und Hypercare als Teil der weiteren Implementierungsphase
  • Unterstützung bei der Konfiguration und Einrichtung des neuen Commercial Ecosystems

Operative Geschäftsunterstützung:

  • Leitung und Unterstützung regionaler CRM-Initiativen und Prozessoptimierungen rund um das breitere Customer Engagement Ecosystem
  • Entwicklung von Schulungsmaterialien und Durchführung von Schulungen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Beteiligten die neuen Systeme und Prozesse verstehen und effektiv nutzen können.
  • Unterstützung der Endbenutzer und Förderung der CRM-Akzeptanz zur Steigerung der Effizienz, wo immer dies möglich ist
  • Datenmanagement - Aufrechterhaltung der Sauberkeit unserer CRMs und Verbesserung der Datenqualität (einschließlich Abbau von technischen Schulden, Datenmigration und -bereinigung)
  • Unterstützung bei Reporting & Analytics, damit wir bessere datengestützte Entscheidungen treffen können
  • Enge funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen Teams, der IT und der globalen digitalen Transformation

Ihr Profil

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Pharma-/Life Science-Branche, vorzugsweise in CRM- und kommerziell orientierten Funktionen
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Salesforce Business Analyst und/oder Admin
  • Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem ähnlichen Bereich, vorzugsweise MBA oder PhD
  • Fundierte Projektmanagement- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
  • Fundierte, praktische Erfahrung mit JIRA und Confluence
  • Salesforce-Admin-Zertifizierung ist ein Muss (zusätzliche Business Analyst-, Sales & Service Cloud-Zertifizierungen bevorzugt)
  • Selbstständige, prozess- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
