We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to provide national leadership through the strategic oversight, coordination and delivery of more than 120 mission events each year, with approximately 80% focused on children’s and youth camps and events You will lead and support a national team of 4 state-based Event Coordinators, while also carrying a significant hands-on load. The role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence and strong missional alignment, ensuring all events are safe, compliant and well supported. This full-time position requires flexibility to work weekends and participate in overnight camp stays, with time in lieu provided. The role may be based anywhere in Australia, with a preference for Redfern, Sydney, and is remunerated at Hay Level 15.
