Senior or junior Receptionist required to assist in the running of a busy multidisciplinary practice with 4 therapists and a rehabilitation gym in Beecroft.
The position is on a part time or full time basis and flexible for the right candidate/s.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and maintaining the day-to-day running of the reception and administration of the practice.
  • Diary management, billing patients, and maintaining daily balance sheets.
  • Oversee 5 casual reception staff.
  • Maintain accounts of all income and expenditure
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Payroll and superannuation payments
  • PAYG and BAS taxation reconciliations and payments.
  • Using Xero:
