EXPERIENCE

• A background in HR and solid experience partnering with leaders in dynamic, multi-layered organisations – experience in retail is a huge bonus
• You’ve supported both corporate teams and frontline operations and know how to flex between strategy and hands-on delivery.
• Commercial smarts with the ability to align people initiatives to business impact (and not just tick the HR box)
• Skilled in building trusted partnerships at all levels, with clear communication and genuine care
• Confident navigating employee relations, workforce planning and change, all while staying compliant and calm under pressure

You’ll be the trusted partner to leaders across Finance, IT, Legal, and our Distribution teams helping shape strategy, build capability, and create a workplace where people thrive.
