This role is suited to a financial services professional with trustee, custody, or trust administration experience who is looking to step into, or continue developing, a hands-on management role. Working closely with the Head of Trustee Services, you will play an important role in ensuring the effective delivery of trustee and custodial services while maintaining strong governance and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Client & Operational Delivery * Manage the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of Trustee Services clients. * Ensure accurate and timely administration of trusts, escrow arrangements, and related structures. * Prepare and deliver client reporting and respond to client enquiries relating to trust administration. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external service providers. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of trustee and custodial services. * Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency. Client Relationship Support * Maintain strong working relationships with Trustee Office clients and stakeholders. * Ensure client requests and queries are managed promptly and professionally. * Support the delivery of practical trustee and custodial solutions aligned with client requirements.
