The position reports to the Director of Market Planning and Operations and is based in London. Responsibilities will include: Partner with sales to build a high-performing sales organization and sales strategy to drive business growth for the EMEA Ads business Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of program performance and track/ensure program and business impact. Run the core rhythm of business for the sales team, across forecasting, quota management, business reviews and market planning Design and implement consistent ways to manage the sales process. Design and execute the GTM of the EMEA sales team including: product, segmentation, service-level, resourcing and tooling Define territory/role/channel design, sales process management and improvement, data hygiene, and sales tool development. Explore new strategic opportunities to inform the business roadmap Build and manage a team of individual contributors What we’re looking for: 10+ years of experience in advertising and/or advertising related fields; and/or in Sales Operations teams. Must have experience leading and managing a team of individual contributors.
