About the Role

We're seeking a sharp, tech-savvy Marketing Assistant to join our team on a contract basis, with scope to extend based on fit and workload. You'll work directly under our Marketing Manager, providing extra hands across the entire marketing function — from submissions through to campaign rollout. This role suits someone genuinely eager to learn commercial property marketing, who picks things up fast and can take a brief and run with it with minimal oversight. Prior experience in commercial real estate or agency marketing is a strong advantage but not essential if you bring the right skill set and mindset.


Responsibilities

  • Supporting submissions and proposal preparation across Sales, Leasing and Property Management
  • Coordinating property marketing campaigns from brief through to launch
  • Preparing brochures, flyers, signboards and campaign collateral
  • Managing property listings across online platforms
  • Coordinating EDMs and email marketing campaigns
  • Liaising with agents, suppliers, designers and printers
  • Providing broader marketing and administrative support as needed


Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Strong InDesign proficiency — non-negotiable
  • Proficiency using Canva
  • Genuinely tech-savvy, quick to pick up new tools and systems
  • Creative mindset with a solid grounding in marketing principles
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines
  • Able to take a brief and deliver with minimal hand-holding
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed


Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in commercial real estate, property or related marketing
