He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. Objectives of this Role Drive the comprehensive marketing strategy, execution of marketing programs for the Dr. Ora Group of brands Spearhead brand positioning, discern target audiences, and architect marketing blueprints to bolster business objectives across varied channels and segments. Steer and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with set targets and overarching objectives. Distill insights from customer behavior, emerging consumer trends, market analyses, and marketing best practices to formulate result-oriented strategies. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Craft creative briefs, ensuring the alignment of creative vision with business objectives for all advertising and external communications. Ideate and roll out multi-channel campaigns across the customer journey, guaranteeing consistent messaging across platforms. Oversee content strategies for customer and internal touchpoints, set budget benchmarks, engage in event participation, document business processes, and amplify sales support. Harness customer and market intelligence to steer outreach strategies, bolster sales, enhance customer conversions, and foster loyalty. Articulate ideas, strategies, and deliverables to both internal and external stakeholders, while consistently liaising with senior leadership on marketing initiatives, strategies, and budget allocations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field Minimum of 7 years of professional marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
