Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business objectives through innovative marketing strategies. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing and loyalty campaigns that increase traffic, sales, and member engagement. Your role will also involve liaising with merchants to curate exclusive deals for our loyalty programme. You will be expected to monitor campaign performance regularly, ensuring targets are met. Additionally, you will coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure prompt handling of member enquiries.

  • Plan and execute marketing and loyalty campaigns that help to drive business objectives such as traffic, sales and members’ acquisition or engagement rate
  • Liaise with merchants in curating exclusive deals for the loyalty programme to drive members’ acquisition and engagement rates
  • Prepare information and engage merchants or stakeholders to keep them updated on upcoming marketing campaigns, initiatives, or any ad hoc partnerships
  • Perform end-to-end user acceptance testing in MarTech platforms, including developing operation guides for stakeholders and customer service hotline
  • Monitor the performances of the marketing and loyalty campaigns, and merchant performances on a weekly basis via reports to ensure targets are met
  • Coordinate with the customer service hotline/counters, key stakeholders, and departments within corporate functions to ensure members’ enquiries are handled promptly
