About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded Marketing Coordinator to support both businesses. Reporting to the General Manager, this in-office, hands-on role will deliver marketing across retail, wholesale, B2B and B2C channels, with a focus on revenue growth, lead generation, stockist support, brand awareness and business performance.

Your scope of work will include but not be limited to:

• Managing relationships, support sales teams, coordinate campaigns and work with external advertising and marketing partners.
• Develop and coordinate marketing strategies for both businesses, aligned with commercial and sales objectives.
• Plan and deliver campaigns that generate leads, support stock movement, strengthen stockist engagement and improve sales conversion.
• Manage digital marketing, content, agency relationships, budgets and reporting while identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop campaigns and promotions across retail, wholesale, B2B and B2C channels.
• Build strong relationships with stockists and support the sales team with lead generation, promotions and sales tools.
• Manage websites, SEO, EDMs, social media, Meta advertising and content creation.
• Analyse sales, stock movement, campaign performance and marketing ROI; report insights and recommendations to the General Manager.
• Brief and manage external marketing and advertising partners, maintain consistent brand standards and identify process improvements.
