Dan is de rol van Trade Marketing Manager bij Signature Beauty precies wat je zoekt. In deze rol ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de merken en het sales, support en retailteam. Je vertaalt strategieën naar slimme tradecampagnes, sterke uitvoering en krachtige vormgeving op de winkelvloer met als doel: groei in sell-out, categorieontwikkeling en maximale klantbetrokkenheid. Verleg jouw grenzen als Trade Marketing Manager Je werkt in een commerciële en internationale omgeving waarin snelheid, samenwerking en aanpassingsvermogen essentieel zijn. Binnen deze functie ligt de focus op de uitvoering van plannen en concepten die door onze brand managers en product managers strategisch zijn opgezet. Jij zorgt ervoor dat deze plannen worden door vertaald naar een sterke trade marketingkalender (online én offline) en ook écht zichtbaar worden op de winkelvloer. Van het coördineren van trade-events tot het ontwikkelen van materialen en activaties: jij zet plannen om in resultaat. Je bent continu in contact met interne stakeholders (sales/retail/marketing) én externe partners (retailpartners en merkeigenaren). Daarbij houd je overzicht over budgetten, materialen en performance, en ben je scherp op kansen in de markt en bij concurrenten. Wat ga je doen? Opzetten en uitvoeren van een jaarlijkse trade marketingkalender (online & offline) in lijn met de merkstrategie. Onderhandelen en beheren van budgetten voor trade marketingactiviteiten en zorgen voor efficiënte inzet van investeringen en middelen (samples/Gift With Purchase etc.). Formuleren van KPI’s om succes van marketingactiviteiten te meten en het jaartarget van het merk te behalen. Verantwoordelijk voor voorraadbeheer van promotiematerialen. Ondersteunen bij productmanagement (o.a. productlanceringen, salesmeetings, forecasting). Relaties onderhouden en versterken met retailpartners en merkeigenaren voor succesvolle uitvoering van tradecampagnes. Samenwerken met sales- en retailteams om trade-activiteiten af te stemmen op merkstrategie met retail excellence als doel. Organiseren en coördineren van doorverkoopacties en trade-evenementen (bijv. podia-activeringen). Plannen en ontwikkelen van Point-of-Sale-materialen, promoties en merchandisingstrategieën. Monitoren en rapporteren van effectiviteit van tradecampagnes en promoties om return on investment te optimaliseren. Analyseren van concurrenten en vertalen van inzichten naar tactische beslissingen en nieuwe initiatieven.
