Job Description JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive Husk’s Product. This role requires a versatile individual with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in cross-functional product and marketing roles, along with the ability to lead and mentor a team. Key Responsibilities Include: • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. • Analyze data to identify key insights and opportunities for product positioning and differentiation Ultimately owning fine-tuning of product-market fit • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. • Create and maintain buyer personas from customer segmentation to guide marketing efforts. • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product/campaign/feature launches. • Act as customer voice for digital product and app features, translating customer insights and business requirements into clear feature briefs and prioritization inputs for product teams. • Drive end-to-end delivery and adoption of app features in partnership with Product, Tech, and Design, including launch readiness, in-app communication, and performance tracking against defined business metrics. • Create high-quality marketing content, including product brochures, presentations, case studies, and white papers. • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including, social media, and digital advertising. • Develop sales tools and training materials to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value. • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to the sales team • Define and track clear success metrics across product, digital, and marketing initiatives to evaluate impact on adoption, revenue, retention, and customer experience. • Own management reporting and insights, translating data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior leadership decision-making.
