Internship details: • Start date: July 2026 • Location: Madrid, Spain • Duration: 12 months (extendable + 6 months) • Working hours: 40 hours per week • Work model: hybrid (2 days per week in the office) • Internship agreement Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: • Support stock analysis, inventory control, and warehouse organization, including handling shipments and material orders. • Assist in the coordination of events, meetings, and training courses for physicians and sales representatives. • Support the development and maintenance of product materials, including product catalogs, technical specifications, and bibliographic updates. • Prepare presentations, translations, and sales-related documentation, including budget preparation for the sales team. • Assist with internal administrative processes and the use of internal management systems (e.g., Ariba, Ecats). • Attend medical training courses to provide technical and commercial support alongside the sales team.
