Introduction:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team who can offer exceptional customer service by ensuring the customer has been provided with all of the correct product knowledge as well as eager to learn about all the new products that arrive regularly in the showroom.

The Role:

• Provide exceptional customer service at all times and actively approach customers to advise them of all the options to suit what they made need
• Be knowledgeable and passionate about the products you sell
• Be eager to learn about any new products that arrive in store and be attentive at any training sessions provided
• Assist management with any day-to-day tasks
• Assist us in maintaining the standards of the showroom

Ideal Candidate:

• Capable of working on their own initiative
• Must have strong listening skills and deliver only accurate information to the customer
• Proven sales or retail experience would be an advantage but not essential.
• Well-presented and suitable for a high-end showroom
• The ability to take instructions clearly from management
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Available to work full days between Monday-Saturday
