      Sydney CBD and Parramatta Ongoing - Full-Time (35 HPW) Clerk Grade 7/8, base salary ($113,574 - $125,720), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading   Your role   Support the integration of Industrial Relations Commission (IRC) operations by managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations. The role oversees the delivery of courtroom, judicial and commissioner support services across multiple locations. Responsibilities include coordinating courtroom support services and in‑court technology, managing staff, overseeing facilities maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the provision of furniture, stores and stationery to IRC personnel.   What you’ll do   You will:   Oversee the delivery of in‑court technology services, including AVL and IRC events, during routine and high‑demand periods. Coordinate operational support for court and commission sittings across multiple locations, including engagement on infrastructure‑related impacts. Manage facilities and workplace logistics, including relocations, furniture, equipment and facilities coordination across IRC sites. Ensure staff remain informed of procedural and policy changes to deliver accurate, professional services to the judiciary, commissioners and court users.
