This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of cleared and non-cleared positions supporting federal government contracts. The ideal candidate thrives in a deadline-driven setting, excels at building candidate pipelines, and has a strong understanding of government contracting hiring requirements, compliance standards, and recruiting best practices.
