We are seeking a BI Developer to provide support for our Data and Solutions Department. This is a Full Time, Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Blackburn North in line with our hybrid working model.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:

• Support the development of complex reports, dashboard, or analysis relating to relevant aspects of AV operations and activities
• Support the team with User Acceptance Testing, in collaboration with the broader Insights Centre and DTS functions
• Support the development of the Power BI materialised views and the data flows
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify and document operational problems and underlying issues, identifying possible cause and effect relationships
• Consider and identify risks, trends, impediments and opportunities for standard reporting, self-service dashboards and analytical projects, developing and implementing strategies to address them
• Provide Power BI development expertise to enable the delivery of insights to the organisation
