Facilitates new employee orientation and plans and organizes orientation content/presenters. Performs exit surveys. Performs computer data entry and file maintenance. Completes monthly reports for HR department. Assigns online employee training courses and tracks completion of annual compliance training. Monitors employee performance reviews and notifies supervisors of review due dates. Corresponds with students and volunteers to properly place and onboard. Assists Recruiter with advertising and initiating background checks. Assists with onboarding process.
