We are looking for a motivated Associate Account Manager to join our team. This entry-level
role is ideal for individuals who are passionate ab
out finance, enjoy building relationships, and
are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
-

Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to the financial community (this is a core
function of the role).

Build relationships with financial professionals.

Database management: research, enter and update.
-

Assist in managing a portfolio of publicly traded clients.

Provide strategic support and insights to internal teams and clients.
Qualifications and Skills
-

Strong interest in finance, capital markets, or investor relations.
-

Excellent communication skills in English (French i
s considered an asset).
-

Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal sk
ills.
-

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges.

Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams), Zoom and
LinkedIn.
Requirements

This is a 6-month contract; however, we are looking to offer you a perman
ent position if this is
the right fit for both parties.
